We use premium quality and predominantly organic ingredients in our delicious blends, ensuring you receive optimum flavour and health benefits from our happy teas.
As with anything you haven't tried before, it is a good idea to check with your doctor if you are unsure of the effects any of the ingredients may have on your individual state of health.
SHIPPING POLICY
Our goods are delivered via Australia Post. We will do our very best to ensure your parcel reaches its destination as soon as possible, but please allow at least 5-7 working days from date of postage for its arrival.
If urgent delivery is required, we recommend choosing the Express Post option.
We offer international postage at a flat rate of $25.
Please allow 7-21 working days from date of postage for the arrival of international orders.
RETURN POLICY
If your package is received in damaged or faulty condition, please take a photo of its state and send it to us as soon as possible. We will contact you to arrange return of the damaged goods and provide you with an exchange or refund. A refund will not be granted for change of mind, or for any product which has been consumed (either as a portion or in its entirety).
